Our Parisian design studio offers a cross-culture unisex apparel that blurs the gender boundaries between streetwear and luxury.
Our collections are designed and made in Paris in limited series. In particular, we work with jacquard fabrics from a house in Lyon that has been weaving its creations in the region since 1937, the zippers, wadding and straps are made in Normandy, the black damask fabric is from Spain: a high-end sourcing that goes hand in hand with our requirements.
Classic pieces from streetwear culture get a luxury twist in flamboyant fabrics.
Mostly reversible, the jackets are worn either on the black damask side or on the colorful animal or camouflage pattern side. Cosmopolitan and unisex pieces that everyone is free to make their own by wearing them completely differently depending on the occasion or mood of the moment.
The designer, Céleste Durry, first graduated from the Ecole de la Chambre Syndicale de la couture parisienne, before perfecting her training in the workshops of Jean Paul Gaultier and Thierry Mugler. She then collaborated for 15 years with Xuly Bët as a stylist responsible for collections and created the children's fashion brand Ma Petite Personne. Today she dedicates herself to Studio Rice in order to share her universe rich in mixes, mixing all codes in an assumed diversity.
Through her collections, she wishes to illustrate values that are dear to her, a Cross-Culture, Genderless and Ageless Philosophy.
