How can I check the status of my order?

To check the status of your order, click on "My Account". Enter your user name and password. Finally, click "my orders".

How long will it take for my order to be sent?

Your order will be shipped in the order it is received. You will receive your parcel around 4-7 business days, unless this is an international shipment or personal product. Refer systematically on the product file that you order for more information.

    Please note, shipments to PO Boxes or APO are shipped by USPS order and take up to 1-3 weeks for delivery.

    Why my order was canceled?

    Do I pay for my shipping items back?

    Please note that if you do not use our prepaid return label, you have to get insurance and tracking. Remix line will not be held responsible if your return does not reach our warehouse.

    When I request an exchange?

    When your exchange is configured, we place your item on hold. Although we try to keep your item, we can not guarantee 100% that our warehouse will be able to successfully hold your item so we suggest you send your item as soon as possible. Attention customized sneakers are exchanged or refunded, except our error. Do not hesitate to contact us for any further information. No exchanges will be accepted for a size error.
